On June 25, 2021, Han Dong, General Manager of Huatai Yongchuang, attended the group signing ceremony at the “Anshan Industrial Digital Transformation Matchmaking and Exchange Conference” hosted by the Anshan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. During the event, Han Dong and Zhao Yongjun, General Manager of Nanjing Sciyon Wisdom Technology Group Co., Ltd., signed the “Framework Agreement on Cooperation in the Remote Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Cloud Platform for Coke Dry Quenching” on behalf of their respective parties. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Yu Gongbin, Secretary of the Anshan Municipal Party Committee; Wang Zhongkun, Acting Mayor; Sun Ping, Vice Mayor; Jin Feng, Secretary-General of the Municipal Government; Su Xiaofeng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government; and relevant officials from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau.
In recent years, building on its strengths in coke dry quenching EPC contracting and operations, Huatai has emphasized the development of smart coke dry quenching projects. By applying 5G, the Industrial Internet, and artificial intelligence technologies, the company has achieved smart production of CDQ, optimizing and guiding the management and operations of plant sites. This has further improved dry quenching rates, increased operational efficiency, and reduced material and energy consumption. At the same time, the company has fully integrated expertise of experts from its design institute, experts from producers in equipment maintenance, and experts from suppliers in equipment manufacturing to build a CDQ remote intelligent operation and maintenance system, providing high-quality production and maintenance services to metallurgical and coking enterprises both domestically and internationally.
Huatai and Sciyon Wisdom will give full play to their respective strengths in the coking industry, as well as their expertise in industrial informatization and Industrial Internet, to jointly develop a remote intelligent operation and maintenance cloud platform for coke dry quenching.
